Appointment Cancellation Policy
At Tranquil Space, I understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may need to change. To ensure the smooth running of appointments and to honour the time and energy dedicated to each client, I kindly ask that you review the following cancellation policy.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows the opportunity to offer the time to another client who may be waiting.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee, as it is unlikely the slot can be filled at short notice.
No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment without any prior notice will be charged the full cost of the session.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment, your session may be shortened to respect the time of the next client. The full session fee will still apply.
Emergencies & Illness
I understand that genuine emergencies and illness can arise. In such cases, please contact me as soon as possible. Fees may be waived at my discretion for unavoidable circumstances.
